​​We hope you are happy with your purchase, but just in case you are not, please read my Returns Policy:

​​​​​Please note, I regret that due to hygiene reasons I am unable to accept returns on earrings unless:
 - The ribbon and box remain unopened
- I have sent you an incorrect item - see below
- You deem your item to be faulty - see below 

Have you received an incorrect item?
- In the unlikely event that you have been sent an incorrect item, I will send you a pre-paid envelope for its return.  
- Please inform me of the error within 14 days from delivery and return the item within 14 days from the date you notified me of the issue.  As soon as I have taken receipt of the item I will post the correct item.
 - Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging (as they were received by you), otherwise you (the buyer) may be responsible for any loss in value.  
- If I am unable to send you the correct item due to it being out of stock, I will offer a refund.
When returning your item it is important to obtain proof of postage. 

Does your item have a fault?
- In the unlikely event that your item develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please notify me and return it to me and I will happily repair it for you.  I will send you a pre-paid envelope for its return.  
- Once I have received the faulty item, I will repair and return it to you within 7-10 working days.  
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (as they were received by you), otherwise you (the buyer) may be responsible for any loss in value.    
- If I am unable to repair the item, I will offer a refund.
 When returning your item it is important to obtain proof of postage. 

If a fault occurs after 30 days, I will repair or replace the item in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Have you changed your mind?
​​​​My Returns Policy Period allows you to return your purchase within the first 14 days.
 I will refund most items provided they are returned to me within 14 days from the date that you received them.
- You must return your item unopened and unused and in it's original condition (as it was received by you), otherwise you (the buyer) may be responsible for any loss of value.

When returning your item it is important to obtain proof of postage.  
- You are responsible for return postage costs.
A refund will only be issued upon the receipt of the item by Lots of Love Jewellery.


 If an item is hallmarked a replacement may take up to 7 weeks.

My promise to replace/repair the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse caused by you.
